A hermit's cabin - structural architectures geometry, code and design II, Erasmus Intensive Program in Kaiserslautern 2012, Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, Germany 2013

This publication documents the results of the second Summer School on "Structural Architectures - Geometry, Code and Design" as part of the Erasmus Intensive Program in Kaiserslautern in 2012. The project involving the partner universities TU Kaiserslautern (coordination), Politecnico di Milano, Universida San Pablo CEU Madrid and ETH Zurich was once again supported by the EU Lifelong Learning Programme.

The general theme of this summer school was based on the example of a hut or minimal house for the Palatinate Forest. The hut was to be modular, foldable or demountable. Parametric design methods supported the design process.
