All School Charrette

The All School Charrette, or "ASC" for short
, takes place at the start of every winter semester:

All Bachelor's, Diploma and Master's students work on an architectural task in groups. Professors give keynote speeches on the topic, which is only announced on the day of the ASC. Teams of research assistants will supervise you throughout the day and offer assistance with your work during their tours. On Friday, all participants will come together and present their work first to groups of four WMAs and professors, who will choose their favorites. These groups then present to the entire department before toasting the start of the semester together at the end.

At the beginning of the ASC

The All School Charrette always starts at the beginning of the lecture period - the topic is announced on Monday and there is an introduction with keynote speeches and presentations. After that, you get together in mixed groups: Each group consists of students from all semester levels.
Registration for these groups takes place via OLAT.

Important for all new students:
Register in advance on OLAT with your RHRZ e-mail address.

If you have not yet received this, it is also possible to register with an alternative, private address. Book the ASC course there and register under the "Enrolment" tab in your corresponding semester level. You can then use the internal chat system to contact your group members and get together.

The link and booking code for the All School Charrette are provided in the semester program and will be activated at the start of the ASC.

Please also note the semester dates

ATTENTION

All regular courses are canceled during the week of the All School Charrette, therefore the ASC is mandatory for all students who are not working on a Bachelor or Final Thesis in this semester!
